About Founder Benjamin Rader

Behind Door 7 Media was founded in 2009 by Benjamin Rader. Benjamin combines his degrees and experience in Technical Communications and Broadcast Journalism with a deep passion for storytelling. His wide range of skills – from camera operator to producer to Grip/Jib and drone operator – have kept him busy in many TV and video productions. Known for his organization, attention to detail and commitment to quality, he’s been a regular crew member on productions for 04-10-15 Ramblin Jackson Staff 0004 copy 2HDTV, ESPN, National Geographic, Travel Channel, CNN and many more.

Ben has extensive experiences in video for the travel and tourism industry. One of his favorite tourism projects was serving as Director of Photography for a 22-country shoot for JW Marriot International, as well as a 14-video series for Kansas Travel and Tourism and an additional series for Louisiana Tourism. He received two Tellys for his travel and tourism video work.
